No data collected.
531 Strength is a local-first training tracker. Your data stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All training logs, settings, and program data live in a local database on your device only.
Local storage only
Your training data — lifts, training maxes, set logs, PRs — is written to a SQLite database on your device. It never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
No account required
There is no sign-in, no profile, and no account creation. The app works entirely offline. Your data is yours and only yours.
Over-the-air updates
The app may receive over-the-air JavaScript updates via EAS Update (Expo Application Services). These update checks transmit your device's app version and platform — no personal information. You can disable network access for the app entirely in your device settings; the core training functionality works without it.
Third-party services
None. The app does not integrate with analytics platforms, crash reporters, advertising networks, or any external service that would receive your data.
Open source
The complete source code is publicly available. You can inspect exactly what the app does with your data (nothing) at github.com/alexcheuk/proof-531.
